I shot Kerry and Michael’s wedding at the See Canyon Fruit Ranch a few months ago. Since then I’ve run into Kerry and Michael on the street, seen them at Michael’s brother’s wedding, and just last night ran into them at the San Luis Obispo Farmer’s Market where we were both visiting Buona Tavola’s booth for their amazing calzinis.
I love that I see them around town randomly, can shout “KEEERRRY AND MICHAEEEELLL” as I ride by their apartment on a bike ride in the morning, and share their affinity for beer. I love that on Michael’s card to Kerry, he glitter-painted a unibunny (or bunnicorn I suppose). I love that they’re local and that they love San Luis Obispo. They’re just a really, really cool couple who I’m glad to know. And I love that it probably won’t be long until I run into them again.
BTW, Kerry has a stationary company called Olive and Emerald. If you’re looking for someone to design your wedding invites, she’s the one. She does amazing work and I can guarantee she’s a pleasure to work with.

Although, I must admit, after a couple of cat pictures, I was thrown for half a second and thought that cat was in the serving try with the potstickers in that next picture. Totally threw me. LOL
