“Just when I think this day couldn’t get any better, it does.”
That’s what Jordan said in her thank-you speech shortly after dinner, from the backyard deck of the house she grew up in. And it’s true – this wedding day was filled with incredible beauty and heartwarming moments. From Jordan and Won getting ready in the same house as their family, to Won seeing Jordan for the first time on the back porch of that beautiful old house, to Jordan’s son’s reaction when he saw his mom in her wedding dress for the first time.
And just after Jordan made that remark, on a day graced with a few gentle warm sprinkles, the sun burst through the clouds and created the most magnificent, full, double rainbow right over them coupled with pink fluffy clouds. It lingered longer than sunsets typically seem to, and gave way to a warm night of dancing under a giant oak tree with the best of friends.
The image above was taken just after Ashley and Anthony walked back up the aisle as husband and wife. Married for a minute. I love the pure joy and excitement in it, a joy and excitement that permeated their entire wedding day from start to finish at Hammersky Vineyards.
Ashley is Senior Producer of The Voice, and Anthony is Co-Executive Producer of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Needless to say, as producers they both had high standards when it came to a venue, visiting 40 venues from New York to Santa Barbara to San Luis Obispo before landing on Hammersky. That says a lot for how beautiful Hammersky is!
